We are looking for an experienced Window and Door Fitter to join our company. If you are a skilled fitter looking for consistent projects and long-term opportunities, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Keep work areas clean and tidy at all times.
• Follow all health and safety protocols.
• Complete projects to the highest possible standard.
• Maintain strong customer service, be respectful in clients homes and represent the company professionally.
• Work effectively as part of a team on larger projects.
• Communicate clearly with the office team.
• Ensure compliance with local working practices and legislation in Northern Ireland.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Own van and tools, fully equipped to carry out installations independently.
• Proficient with power tools, confident in safe and efficient use for all aspects of fitting.
• Proven track record, demonstrable experience of delivering high-quality window and door installations.
• Material knowledge, experience working with both uPVC and aluminium products.
• Door fitting expertise, experience fitting composite doors to a high standard.
• Problem solving, ability to assess and overcome installation challenges on site.
• Attention to detail, ensuring precise fitting, excellent finish, and customer satisfaction.

Desirable Skills

• Experience with conservatory installations would be a bonus.
