Job description

Recruiting for a Sales Advisor in Craigavon.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting customers with the selection of products and determining their needs accordingly.
  • Receiving and booking in faulty devices.
  • Cashing up and closing systems down.
  • Operating the tills, handling financial transactions including exchanges and following cashing up procedures.
  • Advising customers on suitable products that best meet their needs.
  • Undertaking cleaning and housekeeping duties as and when required.
  • Explain product features and benefits to customers.
  • Assisting with deliveries.
  • Process customer payments.
  • Meeting individual and store targets.
  • Merchandising and replenishing stock as required, whilst maintaining high shop floor standards.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Minimum of 2 GCSE's (or equivalent) Grade C or above in English and Maths.
  • Previous retail/customer service experience is essential.
  • Passionate about mobile phones and customer service.
  • Experience in the use of EPOS systems.

Desirable Skills

  • Must be able to work as part of a team.
  • High levels of accuracy and use of grammar.
  • Must be helpful and polite.
  • Must be flexible throughout the week.
