Job description
Recruiting for a Sales Advisor in Craigavon.
Responsibilities
- Assisting customers with the selection of products and determining their needs accordingly.
- Receiving and booking in faulty devices.
- Cashing up and closing systems down.
- Operating the tills, handling financial transactions including exchanges and following cashing up procedures.
- Advising customers on suitable products that best meet their needs.
- Undertaking cleaning and housekeeping duties as and when required.
- Explain product features and benefits to customers.
- Assisting with deliveries.
- Process customer payments.
- Meeting individual and store targets.
- Merchandising and replenishing stock as required, whilst maintaining high shop floor standards.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Minimum of 2 GCSE's (or equivalent) Grade C or above in English and Maths.
- Previous retail/customer service experience is essential.
- Passionate about mobile phones and customer service.
- Experience in the use of EPOS systems.
Desirable Skills
- Must be able to work as part of a team.
- High levels of accuracy and use of grammar.
- Must be helpful and polite.
- Must be flexible throughout the week.
