Job description

A Hatchery Operative is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations within a poultry hatchery, ensuring the health, welfare, and safe handling of livestock. The role involves monitoring incubation processes, handling eggs, maintaining hygiene and biosecurity standards, and assisting with grading, and dispatch.

Essential Skills

• Good manual dexterity is essential

Desirable Skills

• Must be able to have good understanding of English language (spoken & written) to carry out the role safely and effectively
