At Positive Futures, we support people with learning disabilities, acquired brain injuries, and autism, helping them live fulfilling and independent lives. As a Senior Support Worker, you’ll be at the heart of this mission, providing essential support and making a real impact.

• Providing person-centred support.
• Supporting independence, social and communication skills.
• Supporting people to develop and maintain key skills.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• At least 6 months paid experience supporting people in a health and social care or community setting.

Desirable Skills

• Previous experience using a person-centred support plan to support someone with a learning disability, acquired brain injury or autism within a health and social care or community setting.
• QCF / NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent. Consideration will be given to candidates who do not possess this qualification but are willing to undertake the QCF qualification within an agreed timescale.
