Responsibilities

• Teaching and mentoring independent living tasks such as house hold maintenance and cooking
• To plan organise and deliver engaging and accessible social opportunities
• Promoting inclusion through a range of opportunities within the community
• To work with an individual, understanding their needs and preferences, maintaining a person centered approach
