Speak with customers in both Ireland and France. Full technical training will be provided.

  • You will initially only support an existing role in France and provide that support through phone cover during lunch breaks and absence etc.

Essential Skills

  • Right to work in UK
  • Fluency in French
  • Fluency in English
  • Basic computer ability

Further Information

Location: Newry Office With Hybrid After 6 Months. 3 In : 2 Remote This role will start taking responsibility for a territory in Ireland. You will initially only support an existing role in France and provide that support through phone cover during lunch breaks and absence etc. We are ambitious with the French market and expect it to grow to the point where it needs two full time agents. The long term view is that you will gradually get busier supporting France to the point that you will eventually move to full time working on France.
