THE EMPLOYER IS: STUDIOSIXTY3 ARCHITECTS. StudioSixty3 Architects are currently seeking two architectural assistants to join our growing team. We are looking for proactive individuals who can bring talent and innovation to our team to contribute to our continued success. These roles offer the opportunity to be involved in a diverse range of projects across many sectors in a collaborative and design focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of conceptual designs, diagrams, and presentations.
• Produce 2D and 3D drawings using ArchiCAD and Photoshop.
• Contribute to design research, precedent studies, and site/context analysis.
• Assisting the preparation planning applications, building regulation submissions, and construction documents.
• Support the production of detailed drawings, schedules, and specifications in line with project requirements and regulatory standards.
• Attend site visits and design meetings to assist with project updates and coordination.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• CAD Software Proficiency for 2D/3D drawings.
• Rendering & Visualization on Twinmotion, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Technical drawing & detailing ability.
• Problem solving through design with attention to detail.
• Verbal and written communication to present ideas.
• Collaborator in teams.
• Time management.
• Understanding of planning and building regulations.

JobStart Opportunity - Working Hours Information - Standard Hours: up to 25 hours per week. - Flexible/Reduced Hours: May be available upon approval by a Work Coach. - Additional Hours: The employer may offer extra hours depending on availability.
