Job description

The main duties are to provide support with domestic and social tasks to aid rehabilitation for a healthy, friendly, and outgoing woman in her 50s with reduced mobility.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care support, including exercise.
• Provide supervision with preparation of daily meals, laundry, ironing, washing up, loading and unloading the dishwasher, arranging wardrobe.
• Support with keeping appointments, accompanying social and leisure activities such as using the gym, provide assistance to visit friends and family.

Skills and Qualifications

• Previous experience in providing personal care services.
