Clarendon Medical is looking for a self-motivated, committed Healthcare Assistant to join our dedicated friendly team to support our clinical team providing healthcare services for our practice patients.

Responsibilities

• To provide a high quality venepuncture and blood sampling service, blood pressure, height and weight measurement and urine testing for Clarendon Medical.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• The successful applicant will be required to have a NVQ Level 3 qualification and/or experience in phlebotomy.

Desirable Skills

• Experience in removal of sutures/stitches, dressings and injections is desirable.
• General practice experience is preferred but not essential as training will be offered.
