Job description

We’re recruiting a Temporary Receptionist to join a busy Holiday Park in Antrim, working 5 days per week Monday to Sunday rota, 9am to 5pm with pay between £12.50 to £13.00 per hour and an immediate start. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar setting.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the first point of contact for guests and visitors.
• Answering and screening incoming calls and emails.
• Taking and managing bookings accurately.
• Providing information on park facilities and local attractions.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Previous experience in a hotel, holiday park, or customer-facing reception role.
• Strong organisational and IT skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
