Job description

Choice Services is seeking to appoint fully qualified Roofer to provide an efficient, responsive and excellent customer focused service to Choice customers. Operating as a wholly owned subsidiary, Choice Services will initially focus on the provision of Response Repair Services and Planned Works to a third of our stock, based largely in the Greater Belfast area. The objective is to deliver enhanced customer satisfaction and to drive better value for money for our stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• The provision of response repair services and planned Works to a third of our stock.
• Provide an efficient, responsive and excellent customer focused service to Choice customers.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Must have completed a Roofer apprenticeship and relevant NVQ Level 2 or 3 certification.
• Must be eligible for trade specific CSR card.

Desirable Skills

• A minimum of 2 years relevant experience in the social housing sector
• Experience in carrying out Multi-Trade works.
