Payroll Administrator


Job description

We are seeking a Payroll Administrator to join our expanding team based in Belfast to assist the payroll department with all aspects of the weekly payroll process and associated administration.

Responsibilities

  • Timely input of timesheets adhering to strict payroll deadlines.
  • To assist the payroll department with all aspects of payroll administration.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Able to demonstrate in their CV previous relevant payroll experience/exposure.
  • Working knowledge of a payroll software.
  • Knowledge of statutory payments and legislation.
  • Flexible and able to work to tight deadlines.
  • Proficient using Office 365.
  • Team player but can use their own initiative when required.
  • Relevant Payroll or Finance qualification is desired but not essential.
  • Completion of all Inland Revenue & Social security forms.
