Payroll Administrator
Job description
We are seeking a Payroll Administrator to join our expanding team based in Belfast to assist the payroll department with all aspects of the weekly payroll process and associated administration.
Responsibilities
- Timely input of timesheets adhering to strict payroll deadlines.
- To assist the payroll department with all aspects of payroll administration.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Able to demonstrate in their CV previous relevant payroll experience/exposure.
- Working knowledge of a payroll software.
- Knowledge of statutory payments and legislation.
- Flexible and able to work to tight deadlines.
- Proficient using Office 365.
- Team player but can use their own initiative when required.
- Relevant Payroll or Finance qualification is desired but not essential.
- Completion of all Inland Revenue & Social security forms.
