THE EMPLOYER IS: BAXTERWORLD LTD We are hiring for a Trainee Marketing Assistant. This position will include various tasks including social media management, website management, content creation, advertising and video creation. The job will involve self-learning under guidance and specific training when needed. Ideal training for a career in Digital Marketing or Social Media Influencing. Training will include the use of the latest graphics and video software. Your workstation will have three computer monitors. There will be some flexibility over the days and hours worked. There is no working from home in this position.

Responsibilities

• Social media management - Making properly formatted posts to LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube from given content.
• Website management - Learning how to make edits in the company’s WordPress website.
• Content creation - Creating content for social media and website news from ideas and suggestions.
• PPC advertising - Learning to manage Google Advertising campaigns (if run).
• Email marketing - Working with sales lead providers to implement email marketing campaigns.
• Acquisition of leads - Learning to use various methods to acquire prospects in the company's target markets.
• Helping to make videos as needed.
• Work under own initiative to achieve goals.
• Help gaining new clients for the practice.
• Improving the public image of the business.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Good knowledge of social media apps.
• Good written English.
• Quick to learn new techniques.
• Ability to complete given work quickly.
• Knowledge of apps to create content including AI.
• Fluency with Microsoft Apps - Outlook, Excel and Word.

Desirable Skills

• Some knowledge of WordPress.
• Skills in composing creative content.
• Ability to create interesting graphics.
