Job description

We are seeking reliable and hands on Production Operatives with Basic Joinery skills to join our manufacturing team and help support our joiners.

Responsibilities

• The successful candidates with support day to day production activities, working with wood and other materials to assemble the cabins and modular buildings.
• Finish our cabins and modular buildings to a high standard.
• Pays attention to instruction and feedback.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Ability to take instruction, and work as part of a team.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment or similar, Basic joinery skills.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Onsite training will be provided.
• Using own initiative.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.

Desirable Skills

• Has an interest in joinery and willingly to learn new skills, to take instruction and support the team.
