THE EMPLOYER IS: GETSOCIABLE We’re looking for a motivated and creative Junior Digital Marketer to support the delivery of our brand and content strategy across digital, print, and social channels. This is an ideal opportunity for someone at the start of their marketing career who’s eager to learn, contribute ideas, and grow within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll work closely with our wider team to help build brand awareness, drive engagement, and support campaign delivery. If you’re enthusiastic about content creation, video marketing, and digital storytelling, and keen to get stuck in, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing our digital channels, printed materials, and brand assets to raise awareness and consistency.
  • Support campaigns that drive traffic to our website and app, encouraging user action.
  • Help plan and maintain a content calendar aligned with company goals and seasonal priorities.
  • Contribute to in-house content creation using video and photo editing tools for social, web, and email.
  • Create and schedule posts for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn) to grow followers and engagement.
  • Support video marketing efforts by producing short-form content for reels, stories, and promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor online conversations about our brand, competitors, and industry trends.
  • Support analysis of campaign performance and social ROI using available tools.
  • Help design and send email campaigns using branded templates and clear calls-to-action.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Basic knowledge of social platforms and how they’re used by brands.
  • Familiarity with video/photo editing tools (e.g. Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express)
  • Good written communication skills with an eye for tone and clarity.
  • Organised and able to manage tasks across multiple projects.
  • Comfortable using digital tools and keen to learn new ones.
  • Analytical mindset with a willingness to interpret data and spot trends.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience using a CMS (e.g. WordPress, Wix).
  • Exposure to email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp).
  • Understanding of basic SEO and how search engines work.
  • Interest in paid media (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
  • Previous experience in hospitality, creative industries, or startup environments.
  • A genuine interest in digital marketing, content creation, and social media.
  • Interest in video marketing and creating engaging visual content for digital channels.
