Job description

THE EMPLOYER IS: REFRESH PROPERTY SOLUTIONS LTD. Working with the Installation team to install loft space insulation in domestic properties - laying insulation, removing redundant materials, leaving a neat and tidy job.

Responsibilities

• Working with customers in occupied properties.
• Excellent customer service skills to ensure all customers are left satisfied with the job done.
• Measure spaces for insulation using tools that determine the volume and length needed.
• Apply sealants or other necessary coating products.
• Cut lengths of insulation materials as needed to fit them to the space.
• Install insulation materials in designated spaces in accordance with industry best practices.
• Learn how to undertake cavity wall insulation - extraction and installation of insulation bead.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Ability to work in confined spaces.
• Excellent spoken English.
• Ability to work in a small team.
• Customer service skills.

Desirable Skills

• Driving license.
• CSR card.

Flexible/Reduced Hours: May be available upon approval by a Work Coach. Additional Hours: The employer may offer extra hours depending on availability.
