THE EMPLOYER IS: DDCTD APPAREL LTD This role involves managing customer orders and providing excellent customer service, helping to ensure a smooth and positive experience for DDCTD customers.

Responsibilities

  • Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently using our e-commerce platform.
  • Packing and preparing orders for shipment.
  • Handling customer inquiries via email or phone and resolving basic issues.
  • Keeping track of stock levels and notifying management of low inventory.
  • Assisting with returns and exchanges following company policies.
