Sales & Customer Support Assistant
Job description
THE EMPLOYER IS: GHOSTBOND UK LTD. The Sales & Customer Support Assistant will work within our sales and customer service team, handling incoming and outgoing customer communications, processing orders, and supporting day-to-day operations. The participant will learn how to manage customer accounts, use professional CRM and order management systems, and gain hands-on experience in sales administration. The role includes calling existing customers to check stock levels and offer product support, ensuring excellent service and continued business relationships.
Responsibilities
- Entering and updating customer orders within the CRM and order management system.
- Contacting existing customers to discuss product needs and take replenishment orders.
- Processing returns, exchanges, and refunds in line with company procedures.
- Recording and reconciling card payments through the payment service provider.
- Learning product details and providing accurate information to customers.
- Tracking deliveries and liaising with couriers to resolve order or shipping issues.
- Preparing quotes and assisting the sales team with follow-up communications.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office or Google Workspace).
- Clear and confident telephone manner.
- Accuracy and attention to detail when handling customer and order information.
- Ability to follow structured sales and customer service procedures.
- Willingness to learn new software systems (CRM, order management, and payment tools).
Desirable Skills
- Experience in sales, customer service, or retail (not essential but advantageous).
- Understanding of telephone-based sales or account management.
