Office Administrator
Job description
THE EMPLOYER IS: BUFAB IRELAND LTD This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and vibrant global business dealing with end user customers in the engineering and manufacturing sectors. The role of the Office Administrator will be focused on supporting our, Sales, Finance and Quality departments.
Responsibilities
- Update and maintain Customer Relationship Management System to ensure sales team are fully informed.
- General admin within the office including answering phones and filing.
- Administration of purchase order system.
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure deliveries arrive on time.
- Assist Finance Manager with support role with accounts department.
- To understand and comply with policies and procedures.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- GCSE English and Maths grade A-C or equivalent.
- Ability to us Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
- Strong customer focus and professional at all times.
- Demonstrate high levels of organisational skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Organised with good attention to detail.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
Desirable Skills
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in an office / administration position.
- Ability to prioritise and multi-task.
- Customer Relationship Management systems/Accounts systems experience an advantage.
