Due to growth of the business we currently are looking to add to our management Team. As the supervisor you will lead by example, demonstrating product knowledge and being commercially aware. It will be your responsibility to ensure that we are offering exceptional customer service and that all staff remain productive at all times. Your goal will be to exceed customer expectations, through consistent availability in an appealing retail environment. We are seeking a candidate who has a passion for retail and really enjoys working within a local community.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Must have at least minimum 2 years experience of a supervisory and key holder experience of working in a petrol/filling station or convenience store.
