Community Support Worker
Job description
At Positive Futures, we support people with learning disabilities, acquired brain injuries, and autism, helping them live fulfilling and independent lives. As a Community Support Worker, you’ll be at the heart of this mission, providing essential support and making a real impact. These 15 hours per week will be supporting children and young people aged 5 to 18 years old to take part in community based activities. Hours of support will be throughout the week, it could be pick up from school from 2.30pm onwards, early afternoon, later evenings and during the weekend. Candidates will be required to get business class insurance onto their policy if successful.

Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Personal or work experience of providing care or support for someone in the last 2 years. You can meet this criteria, if you can tell us about experience such as caring or supporting a child, family member, relation or friend or volunteering.
- Hold a full and valid UK drivers licence and have access to a car insured for business purposes (or willing to amend insurance) to transport the people we support and fulfil the demands of the role.
