Job description
THE EMPLOYER IS: SILVER APPLES DIGITAL LTD Silver Apples Digital is a growing marketing agency that specialises in helping innovative businesses in tech, biotech, greentech, and deep tech communicate their story, attract new clients, and scale with confidence. We’re looking for a driven B2B Marketer who thrives on understanding complex offerings and turning them into compelling, human-centred campaigns. You’ll play a key role in developing marketing strategies, managing lead generation, and driving engagement for our clients who sell to other businesses.
Responsibilities
- Work with clients to develop tailored B2B marketing campaigns across digital channels, from LinkedIn and email automation to CRM systems and data-driven lead generation.
- Developing content plans, writing posts and email sequences, analysing campaign results, and ensuring each client’s marketing is aligned with their commercial goals.
- Support the wider team in campaign execution, reporting, and client presentations, ensuring every project meets high standards of creativity and effectiveness.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Strong background in client relationship management, ideally with experience in delivering services, in professional B2B environments.
- Proven ability to communicate clearly and build trust with business clients, understanding their needs and translating them into practical marketing or customer engagement actions.
- Confident using digital tools and data platforms (such as CRMs, analytics dashboards, or campaign trackers) to monitor performance and drive improvement.
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills. Ability to convey business value and simplify complex ideas for professional audiences.
- Highly organised and proactive, with an open mindset, attention to detail, and accountability for delivering measurable outcomes.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working collaboratively across departments or with external partners to achieve client goals.
Desirable Skills
- Experience supporting client onboarding, retention, or service improvement, ideally in a structured, process-driven environment such as banking, finance, or SaaS.
- Understanding of sales pipelines, customer journeys, and CRM processes, with the ability to identify opportunities for upselling or improved communication.
- A collaborative approach and ability to work comfortably between marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
- An openness to learn creative and technical marketing skills, as part of a long-term career in digital marketing.
