The Casual Support Worker will provide flexible support for the delivery of various projects at the Tobin Centre, including Tobin Tots, Tobin Youth Club, and other Tobin Centre activities. The role will involve assisting in the planning and facilitation of sessions, engaging with children, young people, and families, and ensuring a safe and inclusive environment. This position is ideal for individuals who are committed to supporting community-based programmes. Responsibilities

• Manage youth club, setting up activities and maintaining engagement with the children.
• Follow Safeguarding procedures.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Experience working with children, young people, or families in a community setting.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work flexibly and adapt to different programmes and age groups.

Desirable Skills

• Experience working in early years, youth work, or community-based programmes.
• Safeguarding and child protection procedures.
• Relevant qualification (or working towards one) in childcare, youth work, health and social care, or a related field.
