An established engineering firm based in Ballymena is seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join their expanding team. Interpret and work from engineering drawings to complete welding and fabrication tasks.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and work from engineering drawings to complete welding and fabrication tasks.
• Produce high-quality welds and assemblies to company and customer specifications.
• Perform tacking, MIG/TIG welding, and fabrication to precision standards.
• Maintain equipment and troubleshoot welding settings or issues.
• Work collaboratively within a skilled fabrication team to meet production deadlines.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Minimum 3 years’ welding experience in an engineering or fabrication environment.
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings and fabrication processes.
• Proven ability to produce consistent, high-quality welds.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
