Job description
We are currently seeking an Administrator to join our client Cranswick, based in Cullybackey. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide efficient and effective admin support where necessary
- Raising purchase orders
- Ensuring adequate stationery on site
- Arranging site travel
- Utilise Microsoft Office to create and maintain documents
- Liaise effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders
- Maintain and promote high standards and quality of work
- Ensure that company policies and procedures and health and safety practices are followed, ad hoc projects and duties as appropriate
- To always act in the best interest of Cranswick Country Foods
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- 5 GCSE’s Grade A-C/Equivalent qualification, to include English and Maths
- Minimum of 2 years’ previous experience in a similar role
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages
- Ability to work within deadlines
Desirable Skills
- Knowledge/experience of Microsoft NAV
