Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Full driving licence and access to a motor vehicle
• Great communication skills
• Able to promote and deliver person centred care
• Able to promote dignity and respect when delivering care

Desirable Skills

• QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care
• Previous paid caring experience
• Interested in working in the community within Health and Social Care
• Care about the community they live in

Further Information

Work Time: We work a 4/3 rota pattern. Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday. Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. NWCare is one of the leading providers of domiciliary care in Northern Ireland, serving the community for well over 50 years. We are recruiting home care assistants to cover morning, lunch and evening rotas in Strabane. No training or qualifications are required as NWCare provides full bespoke training in their in-house training academy.
