MJs Menswear is opening in Omagh, and we’re looking for a confident, capable person to help launch the store and eventually run it. You will start by leading sales and supporting operations, with full training and support from our Derry team. If you’re great with people, are a strong salesperson, and want to grow into a leadership role, this is for you. Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and suit styling advice
• Lead sales conversations and drive performance across key product categories
• Manage wedding bookings, group fittings, and appointment scheduling
• Maintain high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising
• Oversee daily operations including EPOS entries and basic stock management
• Support and eventually lead staff training and onboarding
• Monitor sales KPIs and contribute to performance improvement strategies
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and special requests professionally
• Assist with inventory control, stock intake, and supplier coordination
• Ensure accurate record-keeping for hires, wants book, and wedding logs
• Contribute to marketing ideas and local outreach campaigns
• Build relationships with local clubs, businesses, and community groups
• Help implement scalable workflows for appointments and product entry
• Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming store environment
• Collaborate with MJ’s Derry team to align on brand standards and operations
• Take initiative in identifying sales opportunities and upselling products
• Support seasonal promotions and in-store events
• Prepare the store for opening and closing, including cash handling
• Uphold health and safety standards and ensure compliance with store policies
• Assist with recruitment and development of future team members
• Step into a leadership role as the store grows, with potential for full management responsibility
