Project Support Assistant

The Project Support Assistant will play a dual role in supporting both client engagement and project delivery. This position ensures smooth communication between clients and internal teams, assists with the coordination and tracking of project activities, and maintains accurate records to support successful outcomes. The role contributes to both client satisfaction and operational efficiency by bridging customer service and project administration functions.
Responsibilities
- Act as a first point of contact for client enquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Coordinate project activities, meetings, and schedules in collaboration with project managers and team members.
- Maintain and update client and project databases, documentation, and records.
- Track project progress, deliverables, and deadlines, providing updates and reports as required.
- Support internal and external communication by preparing correspondence, reports, and meeting notes.
- Collect client feedback to support project improvement and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in preparing project proposals, presentations, and supporting materials.
Skills and Qualifications

- Communication: Clear written and verbal communication with clients and teams.
- Organisation: Strong multitasking, scheduling, and attention to detail.
- Technical: Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Products.
- Project Coordination: Able to track progress, manage documentation, and support timely delivery.
- Customer Service: Professional client interaction, issue resolution, and follow-up.
- Problem-Solving: Analytical thinking and proactive approach to challenges.
- Teamwork: Collaborative attitude and willingness to support colleagues.
- Adaptability: Flexible and responsive to changing priorities.

The Employer is: STARTIUM JobStart Opportunity - Working Hours Information - Standard Hours: up to 25 hours per week. - Flexible/Reduced Hours: May be available upon approval by a Work Coach. - Additional Hours: The employer may offer extra hours depending on availability.
