Job description

Caring for children from the age of 0-12 years. To ensure that the children are happy, settled and well cared for.

Responsibilities

• To work as part of a team to ensure that the children’s individual needs are met, and ensure that every child reaches their full potential.
• To work as part of a team to ensure effective and appropriate communication with parents, carers, members of staff and external agencies.
• To ensure health, hygiene, child protection and safety standards are maintained.
• To respect and maintain the working environment and resources.
• To assist with all activities in the Creche as requested by Room leaders and Manager.
• To adhere to all operational policies and procedures at all times.
• To complete monthly planners alongside the team.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Level 5 Childrens Care Learning and Development.
