About the Role We’re recruiting Production Operatives to join our client’s busy site in Randalstown, Antrim. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a long term position with a well established company offering stability and career development. You’ll be working as part of a team responsible for sorting, processing, and preparing clothing and textiles for distribution.

Responsibilities

• Sorting and grading clothing and textiles according to quality and type.
• Preparing items for packaging and dispatch.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
• Meeting daily targets and following company quality standards.
• Supporting general warehouse and production duties as required.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Previous experience in a production, warehouse, or factory environment (preferred but not essential).
• Good attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable Skills

• Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.

Further Information

Production Operative, Randalstown, Antrim. Location, Randalstown, Antrim. Hours, Monday to Friday. Monday to Thursday: 8 AM to 5,30 PM. Friday, 8 AM to 1 PM. Pay Rate, £12.27 per hour. Overtime, £18.41 per hour.. Contract Type, Temporary to Permanent.
