Job description

THE EMPLOYER IS: PHOENIX EDUCATION CENTRE. Supporting the Finance and Administration team in processing invoices, receipts, and participant expenses.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Finance and Administration team in processing invoices, receipts, and participant expenses.
  • Prepare and record petty cash, travel claims and food voucher records.
  • Update and maintain finance spreadsheets and filing systems.
  • Assist with purchasing supplies and processing simple purchase orders.
  • Work closely with staff to ensure accurate data entry and confidentiality in handling financial information.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team.
  • Basic IT skills (e.g. Excel, Word, email).
  • Good organisation and time management.
  • Willingness to learn.

The Employer is: PHOENIX EDUCATION CENTRE JobStart Opportunity - Working Hours Information - Standard Hours: up to 25 hours per week. - Flexible/Reduced Hours: May be available upon approval by a Work Coach. - Additional Hours: The employer may offer extra hours depending on availability.
