Blinds & Shutter Fitter - Ballymena - Permanent. A skilled and reliable Fitter is required to install high-quality blinds and shutters across homes and businesses throughout Northern Ireland. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys hands-on tasks, and delivers excellent customer service. The successful candidate will join a friendly, growing team focused on quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Install bespoke blinds and plantation shutters in homes and businesses across Northern Ireland
• Use precision, care, and problem-solving skills to ensure every fit is perfect
• Make fine adjustments so everything works smoothly and looks spot-on
• Work from a fully equipped company van, travelling to different customer sites
• Keep your workspace tidy and customers smiling
• Represent the Village Blinds and Shutters brand with professionalism

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Experience with fitting or joinery, and confident using power tools (all specialist tools provided)
• A practical, hands-on approach and pride in your workmanship
• Excellent customer service skills, you’re friendly, approachable, and a good communicator
• A full UK driving licence
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
• Comfortable using tablets or basic software for job records
• Willingness to learn as full product training provided
