We're looking for a Financial Services Administrator to join our collaborative and friendly team. The candidate must have a proven experience supporting financial advisers in an IFA environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy IFA environment, values precision, and enjoys supporting clients and advisers.
Responsibilities
- Support financial advisers, paraplanners, and the wider team to deliver excellent client outcomes
 - Communicate with clients to request information and provide timely updates
 - Accurately process new business and client servicing transactions using provider systems
 - Prepare annual review packs and manage ongoing service requests
 - Maintain accurate client records using Intelligent Office and provider platforms
 - Liaise with providers to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
 - Contribute to team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives
 - Ensure all work complies with FCA regulations and internal quality standards
 
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Proven experience supporting financial advisers in an IFA environment (essential)
 - Strong knowledge of financial products (pensions, GIAs, ISAs, bonds, protection etc.)
 - Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
 - Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
 - High level of accuracy in literacy and numeracy
 - Ability to manage workload independently and meet deadlines
 - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and provider platforms
 - A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn
 
Desirable Skills
- Familiarity with Intelligent Office (desirable)
 - Experience working with high-net-worth clients
