THE EMPLOYER IS: GR WHITE & SON LTD The Call Centre Administrator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities within the call centre. Key responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound phone communications with clients and site staff, managing email correspondence efficiently, and maintaining accurate records using Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Answering all incoming calls to the company.
  • Making external calls.
  • Dealing with voicemails.
  • Transferring internal calls between departments.
  • Dealing with all company incoming emails, both to direct email address & helpdesk email.
  • Directing information to relevant persons.
  • Using packages Word & Excel.
  • Confirming appointments with tenants via phone, messenger or email.
  • Recording communication correctly.
  • Dealing with each customer professionally.
  • Sending work to our engineers.
  • Receiving information back from our engineers.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Strong IT skills.
  • Strong administrative and record keeping abilities.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
