Providing a Floating Support Service to people who have a Physical Disability/Physical Health Issue, Sensory issues specifically sight and hearing, or Brain Injury, who require housing-related support to develop their capacity to live independently and maintain their tenancy in the geographical area of the Northern Health and Social Care Trust

Responsibilities

• Providing a Floating Support Service to people who have a Physical Disability/Physical Health Issue or brain injury who require housing support.
• Support and develop the service users capacity to live independently and maintain their tenancy in the geographical area of theNorthern Health and Social Care Trust.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• RQF level 2 Qualification, or equivalent (QCF, NVQ etc.)
• Minimum of 1 year’s paid and/or voluntary experience of providing support services to people with disabilities and/or other vulnerable individuals
• Knowledge of the effects of disability and/or other vulnerable groups
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in IT skills, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
• Knowledge of the effects of elderly people, or disability and/or other vulnerable groups

Further Information

Salary starting on £27,694 per annum (pro rata)
