Job description

THE EMPLOYER IS: BALLYCASTLE CLIMBING FRAMES Support the installation team in preparing and fitting bespoke outdoor projects. Learn site setup, assembly, safe lifting and installation techniques while assisting skilled installers.

Responsibilities

• Assist installers with on-site assembly and fitting of outdoor structures.
• Prepare materials, tools and fixings before travel and installations.
• Participate in site setup, unloading and the safe handling of components.
• Help construct and secure play structures, fencing and accessories.
• Ensure all work areas are left clean and safe.
• Support senior team members in following plan measurements.
• Report issues or site feedback to supervisors promptly.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Willingness to learn installation skills.
• Understanding of basic hand power tool use.
• Teamwork and communication on site.
• Flexibility to travel to various installation sites as required.
• Ability to work outdoors.
