Employee Experience Administrator
Job description
THE EMPLOYER IS: MOUNT CHARLES GROUP The Employee Experience Administrator (EEA) will assist with core administration tasks (detailed below in job responsibilities) to support the Employee Experience Specialists (EES) in their daily role to provide a great service for our new employees. This role will require the use of Microsoft 365 tools to enable the applicant to complete many of the job responsibilities. Also, the EEA will receive digital badges to evidence their learning for both technical and soft skills to support their CV development in terms of current labour market skills.
Responsibilities
- General administrative duties e.g. photocopying, filing etc.
- Supporting and managing the HR inbox (Outlook).
- Use of the organisation HR system PAMS/JotForm/FLOW/SharePoint (Exposure to new IT skills).
- Data presentation using Excel, specifically helping the team data mine and distil and present all EES business intelligence for team KPIs.
- Collaborating with our Operational Management teams to support with Employee on boarding and training.

Essential Skills
- Willingness to learn and refresh your skills.
- Able to work in a high functioning and fast paced team.
Desirable Skills
- Administrative experience in a fast-paced office environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow instructions to complete tasks to assigned deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy using Microsoft Office 365.
- Ability to communicate effectively individually and as part of team.
