NWCare is a family run domiciliary care agency serving the community in Northern Ireland for over 50 years. Due to expansion of service, we are now recruiting staff for evening rotas in Coleraine. Evening rotas begin 19:00 - 23:00. Please note: Criteria for this role is that you apply for an Enhanced AccessNI certificate

Responsibilities

• Care in the community.
• Personal care.
• Light meal preparation.
• Companionship.
• General tidy round leaving all areas safe and clean

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Full driving licence and access to a motor vehicle.
• Great communication skills.
• Able to promote and deliver person centered care.
• Interested in working in the community within Health and Social Care.

Desirable Skills

• QCF level 3 in H & SC.
• Previous paid caring experience.
• Able to promote dignity and respect when delivering care.
• Care about the community they live in.

We work off a 4/3 rota pattern, as follows: - Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday Week 2 - Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
