Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their orders.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with food safety standards.
• Assist in catering events, ensuring that all requirements are met for a successful service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the café, including dining areas and food preparation zones.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Support with food preparation tasks, ensuring high-quality standards are upheld.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Previous experience in a café or restaurant setting is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
• Familiarity with catering services and food safety practices is advantageous.
• A background in hospitality will be considered a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Proactive towards helping others and providing outstanding service.
