Recruiting for a Receptionist/Administrator.
Responsibilities
- Greeting patients in person and on telephone, making and cancelling appointments.
- Coordinate patient appointments, hospital letters etc with staff members to ensure procedures are effective.
- Process incoming & outgoing mail.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- 5 GCSE’s (Grade C or above including English/Maths) or equivalent.
Desirable Skills
- 2 Years Receptionist Experience (Preferably Medical) and IT experience.
