Recruiting for a Receptionist/Administrator.

Responsibilities

  • Greeting patients in person and on telephone, making and cancelling appointments.
  • Coordinate patient appointments, hospital letters etc with staff members to ensure procedures are effective.
  • Process incoming & outgoing mail.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • 5 GCSE’s (Grade C or above including English/Maths) or equivalent.

Desirable Skills

  • 2 Years Receptionist Experience (Preferably Medical) and IT experience.
