THE EMPLOYER IS: WHITENOISE DESIGN LTD The Junior Project Manager will assist the Project Management team in coordinating live client projects from start to finish. This role offers valuable exposure to professional project workflows in a creative agency setting.

Responsibilities

  • Support client and project managers in managing client projects from quotation through delivery.
  • Prepare project timelines, track progress, and ensure key deadlines are met.
  • Brief designers, copywriters, and creative teams on project requirements.
  • Communicate with clients to gather feedback, provide updates, and share proofs or artwork.
  • Assist in proof-reading and quality control of all deliverables.
  • Maintain accurate records of project files, budgets, and correspondence.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered to high standards and that clients have a positive experience.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Strong communication skills - written and verbal.
  • Good computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Apple operating systems (IOS)).
  • Data entry and filing: Accurate record-keeping and managing both physical and digital files are critical.
  • Organisation and time management: The ability to prioritise tasks, manage a schedule, and stay organised is crucial for handling multiple responsibilities.
  • Attention to detail: This is vital for ensuring accuracy in all tasks, from data entry to scheduling.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience in a creative agency or team.
  • Client account management.
  • Marketing skills or experience.
