Business Development Assistant
Job description
THE EMPLOYER IS: WHITENOISE DESIGN LTD The Business Development Assistant will support the Directors and senior team in identifying new business opportunities, preparing tenders, and crafting proposals for potential clients.
Responsibilities
- Assist in researching new clients, sectors, and tender opportunities.
- Help prepare written proposals, capability statements, and pitch materials.
- Maintain and update CRM databases and pipeline records.
- Support coordination of meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Track success rates and compile performance metrics.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of proposal templates and processes.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Strong writing and storytelling skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing tools (e.g. Canva, Hootsuite).
- Interest in design, branding, and communications.
- Excellent written communication and document preparation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational ability.
Desirable Skills
- Experience in a creative agency or team.
- Marketing skills or experience.
