We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients in a customer facing role by managing enquiries efficiently and ensuring a positive customer experience. The position involves engaging with our customers, and delivering outstanding customer service face to face, by phone and email and basic office duties.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email and face to face.
• Assist customers with product or service information, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints effectively.
• Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and maximise sales.
• Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery processes and ensure consistent quality standards.
• Follow organisational policies regarding phone etiquette, confidentiality, and complaint resolution.

• Proven experience in data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong phone etiquette with the ability to handle calls professionally and courteously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying information clearly across diverse audiences.
• Analytical skills to assess customer needs quickly and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations.
• Ability to perform upselling tactfully while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Organised with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
