Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customers.
• Assist customers with product and information.
• Identify opportunities for up-selling additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and maximise sales.
• Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery processes and ensure consistent quality standards.
• Follow organisational policies regarding phone etiquette, confidentiality.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Strong phone etiquette with the ability to handle calls professionally and courteously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying information clearly across diverse audiences.
• Ability to perform up-selling tactfully while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Organised with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in retail sales is essential.

Desirable Skills

• Experience in furniture or home decor is an added plus.
