The successful participant will support the activities and engagement opportunities for children, young people and families aged 0-24.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and delivery of youth and family activities.
• Build positive relationships with young people and families.
• Encourage participation and inclusion.
• Support session setup and supervision.
• Record attendance and participation outcomes.
• Work within safeguarding and organisational policies.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Ability to work well with children, young people and families.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to equality and inclusion.

Desirable Skills

• Experience in youth or community settings.
• Friendly, patient and approachable manner.

The Employer is: ALL ABOUT US - ASD TEENS JobStart Opportunity - Working Hours Information - Standard Hours: up to 25 hours per week. - Flexible/Reduced Hours: May be available upon approval by a Work Coach. - Additional Hours: The employer may offer extra hours depending on availability.
