Ensure that kitchen area is left clean and tidy.

Responsibilities

Wash kitchen dishes and all cooking utensils using dishwasher
Wash kitchen floor area
Empty and wash bins at end of eah shift
Ensure pre room is left clean and tidy and dishes are stacked correctly

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

At least 6 months kitchen porter experience in a busy kitchen environment

Desirable Skills

Hygiene certificate
