Receptionist.
Responsibilities
- To provide the highest standards of customer service in a quick & efficient manner
- Effective and accurate cash handling and reconciliation as laid out in hotel till procedures, policies
- To liase with other departments in an efficient manner
- To ensure effective operation of the switchboard
- To assist the head receptionist in the smooth running of the front of house department
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- 4 GCSE including English & Maths
- To have excellent communication and computer skills
Desirable Skills
- Previous experience in a similar role
