Responsibilities

  • To provide the highest standards of customer service in a quick & efficient manner
  • Effective and accurate cash handling and reconciliation as laid out in hotel till procedures, policies
  • To liase with other departments in an efficient manner
  • To ensure effective operation of the switchboard
  • To assist the head receptionist in the smooth running of the front of house department

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • 4 GCSE including English & Maths
  • To have excellent communication and computer skills

Desirable Skills

  • Previous experience in a similar role
