Job description

The successful candidate will be Involved in the various stages of broth production from preparation, cooking, processing and depositing to provide a high service level to the customer.  This role will also involve essential cleaning of equipment and facilities to ensure Food Hygiene standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Broth production which includes preparation, cooking, processing and depositing.
• Essential cleaning of equipment and facilities in line with Food Hygiene standards.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Have the ability to work as part of a team.

Desirable Skills

• Basic Food Hygiene.
• Experience of working in a similar environment.
