Now in a growth phase, the company is expanding across Ireland, developing new programmes, and strengthening digital presence. In line with growth there is now an opportunity for a Marketing Professional to assist building HIP’s digital presence with a focus on e-mail and social media. This role is designed to respect a marketing co-ordinators growth and focus. It provides the space to develop a few skills in depth and see the measurable impact of their work. Responsibilities
- Creation of multi-format content - written, graphic, and video to support brand storytelling and campaigns.
- Manage campaigns across social and email.
- Segment audiences, test what works, and refine timing and tone through data, making every message more relevant.
- Keep track of impact for reporting.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Demonstrable experience creating campaigns for social media evidencing steps taken to improve impact.
- Strong written capabilities.
- Business to business content creation.
- Video editing capability.
Desirable Skills
- Experience with marketing services.
- Email campaign software - ideally Zoho or comparable.
- Previous experience marketing to education / public sector.
- Marketing automation experience.
