Pier 36 is a busy restaurant with bar & guesthouse on the shore front of Donaghadee. We are currently looking for a front of house server. As restaurant server, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks and always focusing on exceeding the expectations of our customer, providing the best possible experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers on arrival.
• Meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
• Taking orders.
• Delivering food and drinks.
• Keeping general service areas clean and tidy.
• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of food, drink and service.
• Have a proactive view towards promotions and sales, and up-selling.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Excellent customer service skills.

Desirable Skills

• Experience 1 year (preferred).
• Flexible working pattern availability.
